Income Mobility and Building a Harmonious Chinese Shannxi

摘要：

Introducing time series from the viewpoint of income mobility,the paper analyses the income mobility of the residents in Chinese Shannxi Province.Based on the observation to the changes of the income mobility in different classes in Shannxi area,we research and explore practicing significance of coordinative society influenced by income mobility,and judge the extent of the gap in income distribution and pattern of income distribution.The paper offers theoretical basis for building a coordinative Shannxi,for putting up and improving the mechanism of income mobility,and for the governments right decision in the taxes,transfer institution and the reducing of the unfair income.
