Empirical Study on the Interactions among Social Capital, Knowledge Sharing and Team Performance
Based on a wide literature review,we put forward the hypotheses and develop a conceptual model.Through an empirical investigation of 117 enterprises,we explore the interactions among team social capital,knowledge sharing and team performance by means of the statistical analysis method.The result shows that,the three dimensions of team social capital have contributions to knowledge-sharing channel and knowledge-sharing willing,and knowledge-sharing channel and knowledge-sharing willing are helpful to the upgrade of knowledge sharing extent,and knowledge-sharing extent has the positive impact on team performance improvement.
