The Study of Resettlement Management Based on the Change of Resettlers Household Economic System

摘要：

The land requisitions of water project makes the function of land,one principle part of resettlers household economic system,lose or even disappear,and also changes the produce and life style of resettler.So it couldnt be ignored to manage the resettlers to accelerate the economic development of themselves and the area around.This paper through concretely analysis the mode change of the resettlers household economic system,takes reference to the related theories of SWOT analysis in enterprise strategy management,based on the anatomy and conclusion of influence factors in and out ,make clear the strength(S)and weakness(W),opportunity(O)and threaten(T)of resettler brought by environment change,take the integration way of quantity and quality,put forward four points to strength resettlement management job after land requisition,which offer the theory direction and reference.
