The Unascertained Measure Synthetic Evaluation Model and Application to Science Research Project Evaluation

摘要：

An unascertained measure synthetic evaluation method to the application of science research project is presented by the unascertained measure synthetic evaluation model.By using this method,science fund office can get more theoretical guidance in evaluating the applying of science research project.Compared with general methods,the one is perfect,and the evaluation results are reasonable.More useful results for decision on finance can be obtained.An example of practical application is given to show the effectiveness of this method.
