The Immanent Exploitation Process of Organizational Knowledge Innovation Capacity Based on Organizational Shared Mental Models
Organizational shared mental models play a basic role in the process of the organizational knowledge innovation capacity immanent exploitation.But until now there is still no effective way to analyze the causal relationship between them.In this paper,we extract 14 indexes to measure 4 latent variables: the structural tacit knowledge,the shared beliefs,the structural inherent feelings and the organizational knowledge innovation capacity,to reflect the correlation between the organizational shared mental models and the organizational knowledge innovation capacity.This research not only provide a new prospective,but also provide a theoretical model and a maneuverable method to understand and improve organizational knowledge innovation performance,thus laying a foundation for studying knowledge innovation management from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
