Construction of the Interfirm Customer Value Evaluation System Based on Customer Demand

Choosing the right middlemen has evolved into a way for enterprises to gain a competition advantage and avoid risk.We take the middlemen as enterprises customers according to the Obtaining outside Resources Strategy and call middlemen interfirm customer,so assessment of the interfirm customer potential value is the theoretical basis of choosing the right middlemen,and it is the decision reference to integrate many middlemen for enterprise too.So we constructed the participatory interfirm customer potential value evaluation system from the two angles of consumers demand and enterprises demand in this paper.Extract two major factors of resource and harmonious value by creating the customer experience efficiency curve,inverse demand function and the relation curve between cost and quality from enterprises demand angle,establish the demand progressive model for the product or service by the qualitative analysis from consumers demand angle,extract four major factors of product, service,situation and brand.The customer potential value evaluation system is constructed by these factors.
