Appraisal and Research of Economy Hotel Outsourcing Company Based on Genetic Algorithm

摘要：

Restructuring exterior resources and contracting non-core business for more specialized outsourcing company is the obvious characteristics of economy hotel development.Thus,the appraisal and the choice of outsourcing company is one of the key aspects affecting economy hotel management.Combining the choice and the standard requiring by outsourcing company of the economy hotel,accepted to the experts advice,this paper constructs outsourcing company the appraisal target system,determines the correlation appraisal factor,and precisely calculates the weight of each appraisal factor using the genetic algorithm.Thus,this paper achieves the goal of quota and accurately choosing outsourcing company.
