Complex Supply Chain Network Structure Research

摘要：

The structure of supply chain affects its performance a lot.Due to the dramatically changes of business environment as well as the advancements of information technology,supply chains are evolving from chain to network,thus the chain structure model can not explain the development of supply chain well.This paper aims to catch this gap and model the complex supply chain network descriptively.Firstly,according to the profound changes of the supply chain,we described four traits of the complex supply chain network(CSCN)structure,describe the five dimensions of CSCN and the eight flows in the CSCN; then we explained the four elements that make up the CSCN structure model: the nodes,the eight flows among these nodes,the relationship among these nodes,and the environment in which these nodes exist; based on the analyze,we build a descriptive CSCN structure model.Finally,we also give out the conclusions and the future research directions at the end of the paper.
