Revenue-Sharing Contracts in Supply and Demand Enterprise Systems under Information Asymmetry——Analysis on the Supply Chain of a Pair of Multiply Assembled Product

摘要：

The article expends Yigal Gerchak and Yunzeng Wang (2004)research on revenue sharing contact of a pair of multi-assembled product supply chain under information symmetry,and then discusses the efficiency of revenue sharing contact in supply and demand net enterprise deeply.Through the proof of mathematics and the verification of numerical solution of,the supply chain system can not get the optimal output.The article proposes two ways to solve this problem: signal screening and signal sending.They can improve the problems brought by asymmetric information in a degree so that making the supply chain system in supply and demand net get the best output.
