Research on Collaborative Negotiation Strategy and its Constraints Problems for Electronic commerce

摘要：

Collaborative negotiation is an effective negotiation mechanism in electronic commerce environment.The study of collaborative negotiation mainly focuses on negotiation protocol,negotiation strategy and decision model.This paper emphasizes on the strategy of collaborative negotiation.First It discusses the nature of collaborative negotiation,then researches negotiation strategy and its constraints problems,especially gives a deep analysis to the characteristics and classification of constraints,constraints description,relaxation of constraints and constraints net.
