The Game Analysis on the Process of the Higher Education Institutions Technology Transfer

摘要：

This paper illuminates asymmetric information for different modes,on the foundation of classifying the higher education institutions technology transfer mode.Then we use the game theory to analyze the process of the higher education institutions technology transfer,and make conclusion that one-shot technology transfer should not be the main mode of the higher education institutions technology transfer,and it should be adopted that the mode of cooperation between the higher education institution and the enterprise on technology development,technology consultation and technology service for the enterprise.Finally we put forward the suggestion how to raise the rate of technology transfer from the view of the higher education institution.
