Pricing Mechanism of Pumped Storage Power Station under the Market for Emission Right

摘要：

The paper firstly calculates the cost of Pumped Storage Power Station(PSPS)under the Market for Emission Right(MER)and then selects pricing principle based on the cost and suitable return on investment(PPBCR)from PSPS.The paper calculates the cost of PSPSdynamic services,static ones and emission right under the market and selects leasehold mode and tow part tariff as the environment that PPBCR is applied.The cost calculation functions of the two kinds of business modes have been given too.At last,the two business modes are compared and the result is that the two part tariff mode is better.
