Research on the Structural Evolution and Efficiency Improvement of S-NetOrg

摘要：

Small and Medium-sized Network Organization(S-NetOrg)is a special kind of network organization.This paper presents its complex characteristics firstly.Then it divides S-NetOrgs into five kinds according to the homogeneousness of link relations,that is single-center type,no-center type,multi-center type,chain type,and hierarchical type.It analyzes the structural evolution mechanism of S-NetOrg theoretically and practically.Finally it proposes the efficiency improvement mechanism of S-NetOrg from complex network perspective.It concludes that WS model and BA model could help SMEs to improve their capabilities and improve the efficiency of the whole S-NetOrg.It gives some advices for SMEs to improve their capabilities in S-NetOrgs.
