Study on Construction Enterprises Core Competence Based on Value Chain and Intellectual Capital Theory

摘要：

Based on the theory of value chain and core competence,the paper applies intellectual capital theory to analysis construction enterprises core competence and provides perspective of intellectual-capital to analysis Corporations core competence.Then it studies on the forming process of intellectual capital and core competence from the view of value chain.After that,the paper establishes index system and assessment method of core competence.Finally,it makes an empirical research with an example and gives its suggestions.
