Analysis on Three Kinds of Relations between Team Study and Individual Effort based on Equity Theory
The team study is the behavior that is helpful to team adjustment and unceasingly improvements displayed by team members(Edmon son,1999).There are some problems conflicting with individual effort in teams learning process,which influence teams efficiency to function in organization.The members form the team study——Persons are the target of the human resources management,based on the theoretical foundation of human resources management——Equity theory,to analyze the conflictive question between team study and individual effort can help us find three kinds of relations mainly influencing teams efficiency to function: Work relation; performance relation; remuneration relation.These three kinds of relations do not exist isolated,they are closely related,and need holding on the whole in order to promote teams efficiency to play a greater role: Start with Job analysis,to form the basis of the post appraisement and the performance evaluation--Job specification;Based on this to define post value and performance contribution,as the internal basis of remuneration distribution;Consult the external basis at the same time——Market remuneration level,in order to realize the justice of distribution、the justice of procedure and the justice of intercourse between individual effort and team study——The whole is fair.
