A Profit Distribution Strategy of Encouraging the Technique Innovation Alliance

The formation of enterprises technique innovation alliance is a gradually formed dynamic process.According to the Shapley value method of multi-person cooperation countermeasure,distribute the profit to enterprises after enlarging the alliance,there always exists the results that profits of the whole alliance increased but profits of the initial alliances members reduced,which is not good to form the dynamic alliance.This paper considers some factors such as risk,investment and contribution difference etc that influencing profit distribution,puts forward an encouragement strategy of technique innovation alliance formation based on no-reduction profit distribution,which makes profits in the initial alliances members indeclinable and ensures essential benefits of the enterprises that taking part in alliance later,better satisfying the technique alliances stability and encouragement in dynamic environment.At the end of the paper,the validity is demonstrated via examples.
