Studies of Lemon Problem in the Internet Commercial Market
The problem of Lemon is the embodiment of asymmetric information.Internet commercial market with its unique virtual and open character has many advantages.But,at the same time,it has serious shortcomings.From the perspective of economics,the paper which based on the Akerlofs Lemon principle explains the lemon phenomenon further in the network market transactions.Then,on the basis of Wilsonmodel,it makes some theoretic analysis.Finally,by using the tools of game theory and information economics,the thesis discusses how to effectively solve this problem in e-commerce and testifies.
