PROCESSING ALGORITHMS ABOUT PHASE UNWRAPPING IN PHASE SHIFTING INTERFEROMETER
The problem of phase unwrapping has drawn considerable interest over the last few years.Through analysis of fringe pattern with serious noises simulated in mathematic model,we can know a lot.Despite discrete cosine transform(DCT) phase unwrapping technique robustness and speed in some cases,it can not unwrapping inconsistencies phase.At the same time,we study on a fast phase unwrapping algorithm based on FFT.It is common with phase unwrapping algorithms to calculate the difference of neighboring pixels in the wrapped the difference of neighboring pixels in the wrapped phase,when it exceeds some threshold value,to take this difference as a phase jump.The Fourier operators are in processing of global area and independent of any unwrapping path,the algorithm has been found to be extremely robust.Fourier transforms were used not only to solve the differential equation,but also to calculate the derivatives,rather than calculating them by finite differences.This allows us to avoid nearest-neighbor operations that are sensitive to noise and vortices.The result is an algorithm with a significantly higher ratio of effectiveness per computational demands than existing algorithms.The algorithm is reliable,which should increase the performance of automated testing and analysis.
