ESTABLISHING AND SIMULATING AUTOMOBILE HYSTERETIC NON-LINEAR DYNAMICS MODEL
Mathematic model and parameter identification of the hysteretic property for rubber support of car engine cradle are achieved through dynamical characteristic test and theoretical analysis.The dynamic substructure method containing link substructure is used to divide the automobile model into several substructures,and the fixed interface modal synthesis method is adopted to establish the hysteretic dynamical model of the car.The model was used to simulate the vibration characteristic of the car for excitation of the front and back axes separately.The simulation results are verified by bench test.
