EXPERIMENT STUDY FOR MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF DIRECTIONAL PLEXIGLAS
Directional Plexiglas is a uniform material which is widely used in industry.Hatches of airplanes and boats ware made of Plexigias plates.In the paper Isodyne method and frequency domination correlation method are applied to measure the mechanical behaviors of directional Plexiglas.Isodyne images reveal the cross amsotropic mechanics behaviors in directional Plexiglas.A cross anisotropic mechanics model is established to describe material mechanical properties of directional Plexiglas.The elastic modulus could be measured by frequency domination correlation method.
