EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON DESTROYED PROCESS OF LAMINATES SUBJECTED UNDER PURE BENDING
The forces in pure bending test are very complex in the specimen,which include tension,compressive force,shearing force and extrusion force.Some factors such as model shaping technical,testing condition,and the number layers of structure of the intensive laminates material could cause huge effect.The failure course is complex and is different from the theory of material mechanics in which the failure occurs when the stress in the specimen reach the maximum.In order to study the failure course,we observe the whole failure course under the bending test condition with high speed CCD,then the curve between the loads and its deflection can be obtained,and a set of dynamic pictures can be stored by the high speed CCD,which we can observe the failing order of the layers in the laminates material further.On the other hand,we do some calculation with software program written by ourselves,finally the order of layers of intensive laminates is obtained when it is destructive one by one under the load.The experimental results and calculation results are compared with each other,so that we could get the certain workmanship and intensity dependence while manufacturing glass fiber intensive laminates.
