TENSILE AND BENDING STRESS ANALYSIS OF FIBER SHEET AND STEEL PLATE-REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS WITH CRACKS
A layering shear-lag model is established to study the interfacial shear stress redistributions of fiber sheet-reinforced concrete beams with cracks under tension and bending, and the normalized shear stress distributions of the interfaces between concrete and adhesive layer as well as adhesive layer and bonded fiber sheet(s) or steel plate are obtained. The results show that the properties of fiber sheet(s) and steel plate have an effect on the interfacial shear stress, and the level of interracial shear stress increases as the length of cracks is increasing.
