FATIGUE RELIABILITY EVALUATION OF WELDED FRAME OF FOUR-AXLE WAGON BOGIE
A three-dimensional model of frame was established in the software ANSYS9.0.According to the Codes of UIC510,the stress distribution of the welded frame was analyzed and calculated.The results indicated that the fatigue strength of the frame was adequate and the relative fatigue weak point was found out.Then,the entire car was tested when it was running on the rail track and the stress history of the key position of the welded frame was obtained.Furthermore,the stress spectrum was worked out for the key positions with rain-flow counting method.By using the revised Miners damage rule,P-S-N curve of component and fatigue life evaluation method for welded structure,the fatigue life and its reliability of the frame was predicted.
