PARAMETRIC STUDY OF LONG-SPAN STEEL/RC COMPOSITE OPEN-WEB STRUCTURES
Steel/RC composite open-web plate can attain large column-free spans with less building materials.To consider the interaction of variables,and the influence of complex load combinations,uniform design approach is adopted to make parametric analysis.The response surfaces of concrete and steel consumption,the maximum deflection and the first characteristic frequency are gained with high reliability.Analysis shows that the dimension of lattice and the width of ribs affect material consumption deeply.The influences of the width of ribs and the thickness of the plate upon the deflection and the first characteristic frequency are significant.
