RELIEF OF A SURFACE, STRUCTURE AND PHASE CONSTITUTION OF A ZONE ELECTROEXPLOSIVE ALLOYING METALS

Methods scanning and transmission electron microscopy thin foils lead researches of a relief of a surface,a structure and structural-phase conditions of a zone electroexplosive aluminizing and borualuminizing iron, and also coppering and borocoppering iron and nickel. It is established that owing TO overheating and the subsequent boiling up melting on an external surface of a zone alloying are formed pores.Mechanical interaction with melting the condensed particles of a jet causes occurrence on a surface of sites with the advanced morphology of a relief. It is shown that the maintenance of alloying elements and the synthesized phases with depth decreases. At coppering it is expressed more strongly, than at aluminizing. At binary alloying the gradient of structural-phase conditions on depth is more, than at single-component alloying.Features of three characteristic layers are considered: Thin superficial layer of the synthesized phases with nanocrystalline or quasiamorphous structure,an intermediate layer with structure cellular crystallization and a frontier layer at the bottom of a zone alloying with a high degree of plastic deformation. In some cases on border with a basis the thin layer with nanocrystalline structure and a low degree alloying found out.
