STUDY ON THE INTRINSIC MECHANISM OF THE MACRO MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTIC FOR CONCRETE MATERIAL
The overall behavior of concrete depends on its meso structures such asaggregate shape,interface status,mortar matrix property and so on.The two mesostructure characters of concrete,bond status of interface and nonlinear property ofmatrix,are considered in focus.And the variational structure principle proposed byP.Ponte Castaneda is adopted to establish the macro-meso constitutive law ofconcrete.By analyzing the constitutive relation above,we find that the brittleness ofconcrete stems from the imperfect interface and the shear dilation property stemsfrom the micro holes contained in concrete.
