DYNAMIC ANTI-PLANE PROBLEMS OF PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMICS FOR ACOUSTIC WAVE DEVICE APPLICATIONS
We present theoretical results from a series of our recent analyses on dynamic problems of anti-plane motions of piezoelectric ceramics 1,2.The problems analyzed have various device applications including piezoelectric waveguides,resonators,mass sensors,fluid sensors,nondestructive evaluation,power harvesters (generators),transformers,and power transmission through an elastic wall by acoustic waves.
