THREE-DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS FOR THE FREE VIBRATION OF MAGNETO- ELECTRO-ELASTIC CYLINDRICAL PANELS
The free vibrations of magneto-electro-elastic cylindrical panels are studied.The control equations from the basic constitutive relation are derived and thensolved by using series expansion involving recursion relation between the occurringexpansion coefficients.Numerical results are presented for BaTiO3 / CoFe204two-layered panels and a mono-layer fully coupled magneto-electro-elasticcomposite panel.The influences of some factors on the structural frequencies of thecylindrical panels are studied.Obtained results can be used to validatecorresponding numerical studies of cylindrical panels.
