EXPERIMENTAL AND MICRO/CONSTITUTIVE MODEL STUDY OF Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3/0.32PbTiO3 RELAXOR FERROELECTRIC SINGLE CRYSTAL
In present paper,stress-strain relationship of <001> oriented PMN-0.32PTrelaxor ferroelectric single crystals has been investigated.Polarization rotationmodel is developed to explain the observed behaviors of PMN-0.32PT.Stress-straincurve of ferroelectric single crystal BaTiO3 is calculated with the first principlemethod.Results show that the polarization rotation model is reasonable.Based onthe polarization rotation model,a roicroroechanical constitutive model ofPMN-0.32PT is constructed.It is shown that the developed model can faithfullycapture the typical characteristic of the observed behavior of <001> orientedPMN-0.32PT.
