ELECTRIC FATIGUE IN CERAMIC-POLYMER COMPOSITE FILM UNDER CYCLIC ELECTRIC FIELD
Electric fatigue behavior of BaTiO3-P(VDF-TrFE) 0-3 composite film isreported.The data reveals that both remnant polarization (Pr) and coercive field (Ec)decreases as the cycle number increases.XRD analysis was carried out to examinethe microstructure change during the electric field cycling.The reduction of both Prand Ec with the cycle number attributes to the reduction of crystallinity and defectstructure of the composite film.
