MIX RATIO DESIGN AND ORTHOGONAL EXPERIMENT RESEARCH OF SELF-COMPACTING SHRINKAGE-COMPENSATING CONCRETE

For studying the mix ratio design of self-compacting shrinkage-compensatingconcrete (SCSCC),an orthogonal experimental method of five factors and fourlevels was adopted to carry out the proportioning experiment of SCSCC.Experimental data were obtained about slump and flow of fresh concrete,and thecompressive strength and splitting strength on 7d and 28d of specimens were testedrespectively.By analysing the experimental results,the influence of five differentexperimental factors including the ratio of water to cement,fly ash,expansive agent,superplasticizer and sand ratio on the mechanical performance and workability wasstudied,and the optimized mix ratio of SCSCC was determined.
