RESEARCH ON THE STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS OF SELF-LUBRICATING MATERIAL WITH CELL-PORE STRUCTURES
The strength and toughness of a special self-lubricating material with cell-porestructures have been investigated based on its porosity,the shape of the pore cells,bearing forced direction and contact conditions.The results show that the abovefactors affect the strength and toughness of the material significantly,especially theporosity and contact conditions.The micro-analysis details of the contact strengthbased on FEM model have also been presented in the paper.The purpose of thispaper is to provide a theoretical basis for the structural design of the material
