DISPERSION OF SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE FOR A FUNCTIONALLY GRADED COATING ON CURVED SURFACES

摘要：

The state vector and matricant solution are described to calculate the dispersioncurves of the functionally graded coating on cylindrical concave and convexcurvatures.The physical model and the theoretical solution are demonstrated on thedispersion spectrums for cylindrical cavity and rod.Dependence of surface-wavedispersion to power law gradient profile is observable through numerical results forboth hard and soft coatings on concave and convex surfaces.
