SIMULATION AND VERIFICATION VALUATION OF THE LASER PROCESSING OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL COMPONENTS IN MICRO-NANO SCALE
The last destination of forming micro-components is the ability of fabricating the components in batch with lower cost.Laser shock processing (μLSP) of components in micro-nano scale with laser load is proposed in this paper,i.e.,utilizing the laser generated shock waves in a confining medium to deform the material in micro/nano scale and improve the mechanical properties and formability of materials.Taken the aluminum foil with the thickness of 15μm and DVD-R pattern as the sample and tbrming die, respectively, the finite element analysis for μLSP is performed. Some key techniques of μLSP FEA are investigated for further investigation and understanding of μLSE The experimental results show the flexibility and high formability of the LSP of micron components. The formahility of the micro-component material is obtained, being in good agreement with the experimental results.
