Dairy Product Supply Chain under Risk of Demand Uncertainty-On Implements VMI and Expands Order Sharing in Dairy Stations
This paper analysis three-sources of the supply chain risk,which are demand,provide and the process of production.On the foundation of analyzing the characteristics of supply chain risk,such as transmissibility,this paper puts forward available approach to lower the risk of supply chain,which is keeping away from the source.Aiming at the supply chain of milk production,it puts forward that VMI can not debase the fluctuation of estimation on the demand of milk production supply chain.But,with the extension of order quota at milk station,the quantity of the supermarket sale will reduce immediately,which can debase the fluctuation of estimation,and finally ean lower the supply chain risk;moreover,it analysis theoretically to this mode and validates with solid instances.
