The Application of Virtualization Strategy in Supply Chain Management

摘要：

Abstraet Based on the operation of the virtualization strategy and supply chain management,the article analysis the specific applications on the virtualization strategy in the supply chain management.The authors point out critical issues which should be pay attention to in the application of virtual strategy in the management of supply chain by difierent types of enterprises,the focus of the article is particularly on the influence of information flow to the logistics control, achieve virtualization strategy based on the network operation.
