摘要：

This paper studied the Country logistic Infrastructure,give the Programming and design method of country logistic infrastructure,from the logistic infxastructure basic element,way of design,the structure of infrastructure system,the development of logistic Infrastructure system,this paper gave the main method of Country logistic infrastructure programming and design,set a sample of Industrial park in Wang Cheng,Hunan,made a 3-steps of development in logistic Infrastructure programming,give the design of logistic park.
