The Effect of Crime on Logistic Property Value and Logistic Property Investment Analysis

摘要：

As one branch of commercial property,logistic property is becoming an popular topic in academic and commercial field.However empirical and theoretical studies in this area is rare.Based on the Hedonic Price Model,various factors are tested to simulate their respective effects on logistic properry value.This paper will use the data from Dual County Appraisers Office to study the effect of crime on commercial property.And this paper will also address the problem of endogeneity with TSLS and measurement of crime common in empirical studies.
