Study on Optimal Selection of Vendors based on Profit Maximization

摘要：

With the increasing competition foroe,the position of vendors is more and more visible,enterprises attach more importance to cooperation with vendors.However,its not easy to make the effective strategy of vendor and select right vendor,the traditional methods of optimal selection dont already adapt to new conditions.The paper systemically integrates cost and benefit on the optimal methods of vendors,to break through the unilateral limit of minimum cost,and discusses the optimal method of vendor selection based on profit maximization,besides constructing systemically optimal model,at last analyzing systemically the advantage and disadvantage of the model, also validating its operation by an example.
