Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Logistics Managerial Patterns of Chinese Chain Retail Companies

Determination on the logistical management pattern is the first step to establish the system of logistics in company.Over-invested pattern of Jogistical management tends to waste resources,while over conservative pallern of logistical administration will restrain the development of the company.Therefore selecting an appropriate pattern of logistical managemerit is the priority in cstablishing a successful logistical system of Retail Company,which is also the prerequisite for enhancing the retail companys competitive advantages in applying Jogistical management.This paper analyzes the relevant factors of underlying logistical management patterns of Ihe chained retail company,sampling the basic features and characteristics of the Jogistical managements of retail companies in China.
