Strategies on Logistics Enterprises Customer Segmentation

Modern enterprises regard customers-orientation as their crucial guiding ideology for gaining competitive edge,however,different customers make different contributions to the enterprise,it is especially necessary for logistics enterprises to know how to distinguish customers with different values and mannge them through proper customer relations.The paper makes a discussion for logistics enterprises about how to distinguish customers with different values and suggest that logistics enterprises should lay their scheme of customersservice based on dififerent customer values.
