A Performance Evaluation Model Based on DEA and Its Application

摘要：

This paper summarizes the basic principle and models of data envelopment analysis(DEA),and points out the feasibility and superiority for the application of DEA to evaluating the performance of enterpriseslogisties.Then the C2R and C2GS2 model is used to synthetically evaluate enterpriseslogistics systems.Example analysis indicates that the proposed model can effectively evaluate the relative scale benefit and technical validity between different enterprise logistics systems.And the proposed model is effective in identifying its non-DEA effective factors and providing corresponding improvement measures.
