Researches on Collaborative Applications of Digital Library with Assistance of Office Automation
The office automation (OA)system is one of the most common applications in enterprise as an information sharing platform.If we integrate the digital library and the OA conformity in a collaborative service system,the limitation of digital library in service form and service object can be effectively overcome.In this way,the advantages of the technical superiority and the resources superiority of the digital librarv can be taken to serve directly for the business management,and to enable the digital library effectively expanding its service realm.This article firstly investigated OAs development and application situation in China,and then,discussed the advantages of digital library and OA respectively.A vision of collaborative service system,integrated digital library with OA, was described in diverse aspects.
