Design of Cooperative Contract for Water Resources Supply Chain in Face of Supply-Demand Risks
Water resources supply chain not only has a wide coverage with multiple nodes,but also faces the risk of uncertain supply and demand.Designing cooperative contract will optimize the distribution of disks in the supply chain and improve the efficiency of water resources allocation.This paper applies group gaming decision theory,having established the decision model of the supply chain agents under contractual effect on the basis of the multiple node chain structure of water resources supply chain.Two gaming modes in concurrence are considered(1)the cooperative game between the supply agents:(2)the cooperative game between supply agents and subchain agents.The gaming result shows that when every supply agent is neutral to risks,the contract of sharing gross income proportionally plus extra appropriate compensatory payment between supply agents is most effective:when the subchain agent is risk aversive,designing risk-sharing contract between supply agent and subechain agent is helpful to risk aversion.Under the effect of cooperative contract,the various agents will adopt combined action,assume risks iointly and share income according to Pareto optimization policy so as to make sure the efficiency ofsupply chain alliances cooperation is maximized.
