A Comparison and Game Analysis on the Formation of Supply Chain Alliance
Not being isolated,Supply Chain of enterprises has been developed into Supply Chain Alllance(SCA)with the characteristics of resource sharing,mutual complement and net association under the background that the cooperative competence has been the main competence form.So the paper analyzes the typical forms of Supply Chain Alliance from the view of Serial Union and Parallel Union,Appositional Union and Stagger Union firstly.Then the forms are compared and the differences are figured out.Subsequently,a static game model of SCA is built and discussed because of the existing risk in all forms.Finally,it discusses the existing conditions of SCA based on the analysis of game model.Owing to its mobility,opening and external,SCA benefits both sides of alliance with extra profits,but it hasnt been carried out well because of many factors such as the present development mode in Chinese enterprises,the incompleteness of honesty system and the slow pace of Information etc.
