Modeling the Shortest Delivery Lead-Time in Supply Chain

摘要：

That suppliers work simultaneously to produce the same parts is an advantage for supply chain to shorten the delivery lead-time.In this paper,a model of the delivery lead-time of supply chain is founded and the formula is given by solving the model.It is proved that it is possible to insure the delivery lead-time of the supply chain to be shorter than the target time by design the supply chain properly.
