Study on Core Competitiveness of Supply Chain Management

摘要：

Core competitiveness of enterprises includes technologies,skills and management mechanism.These are the key factors determine the survival and development of all enterprise.Supply chain and supply chain management are changing the position of each enterprise in the global economy.The practice proved that,successfully utilizing the supply chain and the supply chain management has akeady become a powerful weapon for enterprises to gain competitive advantages.Meanwhile distinguishing and to cultivation the core competence of competition for an enterprise in the supply chain management is the critical issue to obtain the continually competitive advantage.
