The competitiveness of retails is weak due to the problems in retail supply chain of China.The article analyses the current situation on the management of supply chain from the perspective of reconstruction of supply chain.The authors discuss the significance of reconstruction for supply chain,and furtherraore give the suggestions on the reconstruction of supply chain.
