On the Tendency of Quality Assurance in Higher Education

摘要：

This paper has analyzed the trend of the quality assurance in international higher education since 1990s from such aspects as power structure, partners, organizations of quality assurance, with the hope of making these tendencies be of reference for China to build up a quality assurance system of higher education with Chinese characteristics.
