Innovation research has advanced recently, Scholars conceptualized and studied it from different prospects. Drawing on review relative literature, this paper summarizes the main factors influencing workplace innovation at three levels: individual, team and organizational level and give a function Model to Understand how these factors shape innovation in organizational context.
